Hamm's Fine Foods opened in May 2015 and is located inside the heart of downtown Roanoke. Since then, the Johnson & Wales graduate Chef Hamm has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
Hamm's Fine Foods heart and desire has been to deliver the best experience in food services and customer relations. This desire reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Roanoke's storied past. Owner and Chef Christopher A. Hamm is a Johnson & Wales University graduate and has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. My passion for the unique ways that food can be expressed and presented is the driving force and also the reason for launching Hamm's Fine Foods in 2015! I am very creative and inventive delivering upscale food options for every occasion.
